Dr. Fahad Alasiri

Dr. Al-Asiri is a legal consultant and former appellate judge with over thirteen years of judicial service at the Saudi Ministry of Justice. He served as judge and presiding judge across personal status, probate, enforcement, and general courts, including the Court of Appeal in Jeddah. He has trained newly appointed judges and notaries on court procedures and the Saudi Notarization Law and contributed to High Judicial Council workshops addressing court case inflows.

He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Jurisprudence from Umm Al-Qura University, an M.A. in Comparative Fiqh from the High Judicial Institute at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and a B.A. in Sharia from the same university. His credentials include the Saudi Professional Certification for Legal Practitioners (Saudi Bar Association), a certificate in Islamic Banking Fundamentals (Financial Academy), an IT diploma, and completion of the professional preparatory program for the Bankruptcy Law. He is a hafiz of the Qur’an and has earned top academic rankings.

Dr. Al-Asiri has authored peer-reviewed and academic research in jurisprudence and judicial studies and delivered trainings on the Law of Evidence, evidentiary methods, and waqf advisory. His current practice centers on drafting contracts and legal submissions, building waqf documentation and governance frameworks, and managing commercial risk and disputes. He communicates effectively in Arabic and English.
