Ahmed Albeshri

Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Bishri is a licensed attorney (License No. 465069), a certified expert with the Ministry of Justice, and a participant in the Saudi Bar Association’s professional accreditation program. He advises and represents clients in administrative, financial, commercial, and criminal matters, in addition to insolvency cases, with a focus on clear, executable solutions. His work blends precise legal drafting with strong procedural command, enabling efficient case management from first consultation through judicial or amicable closure.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from the Islamic University with a GPA of 4.89 (Excellent, First Class Honors), followed by a Higher Diploma in Legal Sciences from the Institute of Public Administration with a GPA of 4.71 (Excellent, Second Class Honors). This dual academic track provides a solid fiqh and regulatory foundation that strengthens his ability to interpret laws, assess facts, and ensure compliance.

Al-Bishri currently practices with “SHF&Q” (since 01/12/1446H). He has completed advanced professional programs, including an international course in “Law and Projects” at the Institute of Public Administration – London (2023), and applied courses in civil (rights) and criminal cases, personal status, corporate judiciary, anti–money laundering, contracts, commercial and labor disputes, as well as endowments/charities and bridging usul-based inferences with modern regulations.
