Dr. Omar Bajaafer is an academic and a Sharia and legal advisor specializing in real estate cases and regulations. He holds a PhD in Sharia with an “Excellent” grade, the Saudi Professional Accreditation for Legal Professionals, and has completed numerous specialized courses from the Real Estate Institute.
He combines academic expertise with professional practice, having taught the Jurisprudence of Transactions, the Theory of Obligation and Contract course in accordance with the Saudi Civil Transactions Law, and the Jurisprudence of Sharia Litigation. Additionally, he possesses practical experience in providing legal consultations, as well as examining cases and contracts related to real estate and its regulatory frameworks.
