Privacy Policy
This page explains what data this website collects and how it is handled. It covers this website alone: it does not govern the firm’s relationship with its clients, which rests on the engagement agreement between them and on the duty of professional confidentiality.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no user accounts, and no sign-in. It does not ask you for a name, an email address, or any other personal data.
As with any website, the server records standard browsing data with each request: the IP address, the browser and operating system, the page requested and the time of the request, and the referring page where one exists.
If you write to the firm using the email address published on this website, your message goes to the firm’s mailbox directly; it does not pass through the website.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, and carries no third-party measurement tools.
The server does set two technical cookies that browsing safely requires - one for the visit session and one for cross-site request protection. They expire on their own after a short period.
The website loads its typeface from the Google Fonts service, so your IP address reaches that service’s servers when the font is fetched. That is a request to a third party, not a cookie.
How the data is used
Browsing data is used to run the website, to keep it secure, to diagnose faults, and to see in aggregate which pages are read.
It is not used to build a profile of a visitor and not used to target advertising.
Sharing
Browsing data is not sold and is not shared for marketing purposes.
It may be seen by the hosting provider that operates the servers, and it may be disclosed where a competent authority requires disclosure under the applicable regulations.
Applicable regulations
This website is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, among them the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.
Updates to this page
This page is updated whenever the way the website works changes. The version published here is the one in effect.
