Ebrahim graduated in 2008 from Umm Al-Qura University with a major in Sharia and Islamic Studies, then earned an LL.M. from Emory University School of Law in the United States with a focus on International Law and International Commercial Arbitration. This academic path gave him solid knowledge of best practices and a clear understanding of legal frameworks and commercial rules locally and internationally, enabling him to offer practical, executable legal solutions.
He began his career in 2009 at the Saudi Board of Grievances as a specialized judge, handling appeals of administrative decisions, compensation claims, administrative contracts, and related matters. He later moved to the commercial judiciary, where he spent most of his judicial service until resigning, working on a wide range of commercial disputes. This experience built a realistic, procedure- and merits-based approach to managing cases.
In 2016, he entered private practice and co-founded Alshareef & Qashlan Law Firm, which later became Alshareef, Halawani, Al-Farsi & Qashlan (SHF&Q) following a merger with Al-Farsi Legal Group. He has advised numerous companies and served as chair and member of several arbitral tribunals. Today, he works as legal counsel, arbitrator, and licensed insolvency trustee, focusing on commercial and financial advisory, foreign investment, and intellectual property, with an emphasis on quality execution and clear milestones that deliver measurable results.
