Osama Alfarsi

Osama Al-Farsi is a lawyer and legal consultant who founded “Al-Farsi” Group for Law, Arbitration, Notarization, and Mediation in Jeddah. He blends professional practice with strong procedural skills in arbitration, insolvency, and intellectual property, alongside hands-on experience in law firms and companies - qualifying him to represent clients in complex commercial disputes and to deliver practical, implementable advice.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University (Riyadh), followed by an LL.M. in Commercial Law and International Trade from Macquarie University in Australia. This academic path gave him a clear grasp of commercial regulations and best professional practices locally and internationally, helping him craft streamlined legal solutions with clear, measurable outcomes.

Previously, he served as Lead Counsel and CEO at Rashid Hazza Law Firm, and worked as an attorney at Awad Mohammed Al-Qarni & Partners. These roles gave him direct experience in matter management, drafting pleadings, and advocating in commercial and administrative disputes. In addition, he practices arbitration as a sole arbitrator, panel member, and tribunal chair, and has participated in conferences and advanced courses at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration )SCCA.(

He holds multiple professional licenses and memberships, including: licensed attorney (Ministry of Justice); accredited arbitrator (SCCA); licensed bankruptcy trustee (Bankruptcy Commission); licensed notary; licensed to practice intellectual property activities (Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property); certified real estate registrar (General Real Estate Authority); and accredited conciliator (Ministry of Justice). He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association and the “Qadha” Association. He has also completed specialized programs in insolvency (claims verification, asset sales, drafting reasoned decisions) and financial accounting, as well as workshops and courses in governance, contracts, and risk management.
