Muath bin Ahmed Al-Ghamdi is a licensed attorney (License No. 452083) and a certified expert with the Saudi Ministry of Justice. He advises and represents clients in administrative, commercial, financial, and criminal matters, and handles insolvency cases and procedures in practice. He also serves as an arbitrator - sole, co-arbitrator, and tribunal chair - and performs secretary duties for arbitral tribunals.

He holds an LL.B. (Law/Systems) from the Faculty of Law, King Abdulaziz University, graduating with “Excellent” standing (GPA 4.62, Second-Class Honors). His career began as a legal secretary, then as a trainee lawyer for nearly three years, before registration as a practicing lawyer in early 2024 with Alshareef & Qashlan Law Firm - building layered experience from legal administration to courtroom advocacy and case management. He has completed the Saudi Professional Certification for Legal Practitioners, the preparatory program for Bankruptcy Law practitioners, and advanced applied courses in civil, commercial, and criminal judiciary, personal status, anti–money laundering, contract drafting, commercial and labor disputes, as well as endowment/charity topics and bridging usul-based inferences with modern regulations.
